1. No one buys from a website on his first visit, it wasn’t as if they were waiting to throw their money in your pocket, if someone’s buying a one dollar item, they still want to know what they are buying and who they are buying from.
You have to prove your worth if you want your visitor to purchase from you.
Here’s the drill; Give your visitor something for free that helps him to solve a minor part of his major problem. This is one of the best ways to get him interested.
After the free gift divert him to your product that solves his major problem. I am sure you get my point.
2. Build a Relationship.
Consider your list as your friends and they will love you. This is a very simple process to build a relationship.
Try to genuinely help them and they will make you money in the process.
3. Your Visitor does not know you.
You have to first make sure that your visitor knows you before he will give you any money and trust you. That's true.
The reason is simple, you are sitting on the other side of the world and your visitor feels resistant to give you money for your product. You could at least show the Human side of you and say some personal things or you could probably display your picture.
4. Gain respect of your visitor.
Provide them quality products and services to gain their respect.
Try to help them and recommend them only top quality genuine products. Don't recommend inferior products to them to make a quick dollar.
5. Give Valuable Content.
This is very important; educate your visitors by providing them valuable content in the form of ecourse, newsletter, etc.
After some time they will start respecting you for educating them and they will be more responsive to your offers.
6. Sell Yourself.
Show your visitors that you are an expert in the niche that you are targeting.
Give them different offers, personal help and give them some quality articles so that they get aware of your expertise.
If you do this you will build your credibility in their eyes and they will become yours forever, most importantly you will make money like a damaged ATM machine.
